We had a very lovely experience! We originally booked a Queen Room with a Sea View, but since it was unavailable, we were given a Deluxe Room with a Sea View instead. Special thanks to Nihad, who provided exceptional support! As locals, we were familiar with the hotel's restaurant, but after staying at the hotel, we were even more impressed. The hotel is clean, spacious, and offers a beautiful view of Shikov Beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was great! Oh, and there’s a cute stray dog living in the hotel yard—don’t forget to feed her if you stay there. 😊

The stay had been really good, and we were able to collect real good memories during our stay. The stay at Ramada started beautifully from the moment we were picked at the airport to the last bye bye. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the very helpful gentleman Nihat, who made sure we felt welcomed. During our stay continuously we were asked about our well-being by Alexandra (Front Office Manager), which really made us feel welcomed. Thank you for allowing us extended check out time. The front desk team during the night especially Nurlan was always helpful and smiling. We always felt so easy asking each and every staff member anything. If you are staying at the hotel, do not miss the great massage service provided by Ravana - as it will totally make your trip a memorable one. Massage + Sauna & Turkish Hamam experience will leave you all smiling and relaxed. Thank you, Ravana and the smiling manager, :)

Hello, everyone! I want to share my impressions of Ramada By Wyndham Hotel Baku. This hotel is absolutely amazing, and a big part of the reason is one incredible person – Rafael! He is a true professional: responsible, hardworking, attentive, and incredibly charming. Thank you so much, Rafael, for your outstanding work! I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, even the iconic Burj Khalifa Hotel, but I’ve never met anyone like Rafael there. His approach to work is a gold standard of service that many hotels are missing. Ramada Baku is a unique hotel because it has Rafael. Rafael, you simply must be seen in Italy! That country needs talented people like you. And not just Italy – all of Europe, America, Canada, Japan, and China would be proud to have someone like you. Your energy and professionalism are what the world needs! Now that you’ve expanded your horizons and started working in the travel industry, I have no doubt that incredible success lies ahead for you. Friends, I highly recommend Ramada By Wyndham Hotel Baku to anyone who values top-notch service. But keep in mind: employees like Rafael are a rare gem, practically a treasure. It was a wonderful stay. The main reception guy Samer was very helpful he personally guided me about the city. His hospitality and helpfulness was out of the world, If I am giving 9 Star rating to this hotel, it is because of Samer and the reception lady. They both deserve a standing ovation, especially Samer.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. The hotel provided complimentary pick up service. The staff services was too excellence and I liked one of the best staff Mr. Rafael who really helped a lot and he is very much professional, co-operative and super customer skilled. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by Mr. Rafael. Thank you very much Rafael and will be back soon… Keep it up…

Superb team working together to make us feel relaxed, it was worth it to be there. Location is good, navigation is easy with taxi apps to the hotel. Beach is approachable. The airport pickup experience was wonderful.
